Do your villages have supermarkets or do we need to bring our own groceries?
Forget the grocery shopping! We've everything you need onsite in the form of our handy ‘ParcMarket', the village supermarket (Opening hours: 8.30am - 7pm (8.30am - 9pm Mon & Fri, 10.00am - 4pm Sun).

What type of groceries does the village supermarket stock?
Come in to ParcMarket and you'll discover a huge range of quality brands for great value for money: there's our in-store bakery which serves fresh bread and cakes every day, and our grocery section full of fresh fruit and vegetables, including many organic items.

We also have chilled and frozen foods – from traditional British to Asian, Italian and Chinese fare – an excellent selection of newspapers and magazines, and, of course, beers, wines and spirits.

What's more, if you spend over £40 when you arrive, we'll deliver your shopping to your villa for FREE. Leaving you with very little to do, except relax.

Can I pre-order groceries?
Fancy an instant grocery cupboard, packed with your favourite foods? No problem. Our grocery packs come with all your essentials in them and will be waiting for you when you get to your villa. These can be purchased during 'step 5' of the online booking process, or after you have made an accommodation booking by clicking here.

Of course, you can bring your own supplies with you, but remember that you won't be able to refrigerate them until your villa is ready from 3pm.

How do I get around the village?
Many families hire or bring their bikes to get around, or simply walk and take in the fresh air.

Longleat Forest also has a Land Train that picks-up and drops-off at certain locations around the village. (Longleat Forest only).

At what times does the Land Train run?
You'll get a timetable relevant to your Longleat village when you arrive. In general the Land Train runs from 8:30am – 11pm. All times are subject to change.

Do your villages have takeaways?
Yes. Dining In offers a great take-away and delivery service , so you can have the perfect evening in! Choose from delicious Italian, Chinese or India and they'll deliver direct to your villa.

Do your villages have evening entertainment?
Each village has its own entertainment schedule, for adults and children alike, so you're sure to discover something that suits you.

Each village also has a disco (which is open until midnight), ten-pin bowling and a cinema. And many have restaurants that run their own themed live music evenings.

Can I use my Tesco ClubCard Vouchers onsite?
Unfortunately, Tesco Clubcard vouchers can no longer be redeemed at any of the on-village restaurants at Center Parcs.

Can I hire sports equipment?
Yes, you can hire the things you need to take part in many of our sports activities. If you have your own equipment then, naturally, you're very welcome to bring it, (we know never to come between a man and his prized golf clubs!).

For some outdoor or third party activities you may need to bring your own waterproof footwear and clothing – just ask when you book. And for studio activities, like aerobics and the gym, you'll need to wear your own loose-fitting, comfortable clothing.

Please also remember to bring and wear non-marking shoes or trainers for the squash courts.

Can we hire bikes?
Yes, there's a Cycle Center in each village. They've a range of bikes available to hire for each member of the family, plus child seats, Burley trailers and much, much more. The bikes can be hired for the duration of your break, or per day. Take a look at the bikes available.

How much does it cost to hire a bike(s)?
Bikes can be hired from as little as £16 per break.

Can we bring our own bikes?
Absolutely, although you do so at your own risk.

Do I need to bring a bike lock?
Yes, it's wise to bring a bike lock – a five star lock that's been recommended by the police or a locksmith is best.

Can I invite day guests into the village?
It's fine for extra friends or family to join you for the day. All you need is a day pass for each extra guest: these can be purchased on the activities booking site or by phoning the Call Centre.

Is there medical assistance onsite?
We have a fully qualified nurse available from 9am – 5pm at the medical point.

If it's not a medical matter, then Guest Services are on hand from 8:30am – 10pm at the Information Centre, or at Elveden Forest in the Sports Plaza. Alternatively, you can call Security. You'll find more information in the reference pack in your villa.

Do any parts of your villages have wireless hotspots
We have wireless hotspots in many of the public areas in our villages – so if you urgently need to send that email or go online, you can. Some of our Executive Lodges also have wireless technology. Ask us when you book.

What are the opening times of the Subtropical Swimming Paradise?
The Subtropical Swimming Paradise in each village is open between 10am to 9pm.

You're free to enjoy all your village has to offer right up until midnight on the day you leave.
