What time can I arrive at my Center Parcs Village?
If you're staying at the Elveden, Sherwood, or Longleat village you can arrive and register from 10am. If you're staying at Whinfell village you can arrive from 10:30am.
What happens when I arrive?
We'll give you your keys and information pack and point you in the direction of the main car park. We'll also explain where all the facilities are and answer any questions.
When can I use the Subtropical Swimming Paradise?
You can use the Subtropical Swimming Paradise from 2pm onwards on the day you arrive. So remember not to leave your swimming costume in the car!
What time will I be able to get into my villa, lodge or apartment?
It's nice to offload suitcases and put the kettle on before you start to explore your village. And you'll be able to do this from 3pm onwards if you’re staying at the Elveden, Sherwood, or Longleat village. If you’re staying at Whinfell village you can get into your accommodation from 3.30pm onwards.
At all of our villages you can drive up to your accommodation so that you can unload before parking your car in the main car park. As you know, our villages are car-free zones!

Can I get into my villa, lodge or apartment any earlier?
Yes, if you’ve booked a ‘flying start package’ with us you can get into your accommodation from 2pm onwards. This can be purchased at Step 5 of the online booking process.
