Can I book more than one villa/lodge?
You can. Select the number of villas/lodges you require during Step 2 of the booing process. Simply select the number of villas you require from the drop-down menu when prompted with the question 'How many lodges do you require?'.
Please also bear in mind that if you want to book different types of accommodation, they probably won't be next to one another. This is because villas, lodges and apartments are grouped together in different sections around the village.
Will my accommodation be exactly the same as the ones featured in your brochure or on your website?
The pictures used in our brochures and on our website are for illustrative purposes only. And although we try hard to make sure your accommodation is similar to that shown, some villas, lodges and apartments may differ in age and furnishings.
Do I need to bring my own sheets and bedding?
The only bedding you'll need to bring is for baby's cot. All your beds will be made up with fresh linen when you arrive. So if you need a lie down after a long journey, go right ahead!
Do I need to bring my own towels?
You only need to bring your own bath towels if you're staying in one of our Comfort Villas. However, whatever type of villa you're staying in, please remember to bring your own beach towels for the pool – our towels like to stay the bathroom.
Can I rent towels if I don't bring my own?
If you book a Comfort Villa, you can add the hire of towels as an ‘extra' to you booking. You can do this during 'step 5' of the online booking process.
Is there an iron and ironing board in my villa, lodge or apartment?
Ironing, whilst on holiday? It's probably the last thing you want to think about! But rest assured, if your shirt or skirt has post-suitcase creases, you can get rid of them. There are irons and ironing boards in all types of accommodation, except Comfort Lodges and Villas.
Can we bring our own video/dvd player/game console to plug into the TV?
You're going to have a fantastic time at Center Parcs – there's so much to see and do, including a brand new Wii Lounge at Sherwood Forest village.
Many of our accommodation types include CD and DVD players, so we advise against bringing your own.
Most of our guests seem happy with this policy, choosing to spend most of the time out and about with their families and loved ones.
Please remember that any available sockets in your accommodation won't have been electrically tested for equipment like this, which means any accident as a result of using it would be your responsibility. Furthermore, your items will not be covered if they are stolen. We highly recommend that all electrical items you wish to bring are PAT tested before using them within Center Parcs.
Do villas or lodges have videos or DVD players?
Many of our accommodation types include CD and DVD players for your use, as well as multi-channel TVs with a wide range of terrestrial and satellite channels.
Find out more about the facilities in our different types of accommodation.
Do all villas allow dogs?
You can bring up to 2 dogs with you on your holiday, but they are only allowed in 'Dog Villas'. These can be selected when booking online during Step 2 of the online booking process..
Can I park outside my villa?
One of the greatest things about a Center Parcs village is that it's a car-free zone! You can, however, park outside your villa when you're unloading your car at the start of your holiday.
When you're finished, you must park your car in the main village car park. Think of it as a holiday for your car – and the environment.
Alternatively, we will happily pick you up from where you park your car and take you to your villa. Our shuttle service runs from 8am - Midnight at Sherwood Forest, Elveden Forest and Longleat Forest. At Whinfell Forest, the service runs from 8am - 11pm.
What time do we have to leave our villa when our holiday is over?
If you could leave by 10 am on the morning you go we'd really appreciate it. That gives us time to get the villa ready for the next guests.
Should I lock my villa, lodge or apartment when I go out?
Yes, although we do our utmost to provide a safe and secure environment for you and your family, it's still important to be careful. We also advise checking that your accommodation is locked when you arrive and letting us know right away if it's not.
