Do I need to complete anything once I've booked an activity?
Certain activities require you to fill out a medical form before undertaking the activity. This should only take a couple of minutes and we'll provide the biros!

Do some activities need to be paid for in person?
Yes, for certain activities an adult will need to pay when they arrive at the activity These activities are denoted by a red 'parent and child' icon in your Plan Your Break guide, or the activities booking website.

We don't accept payment from children under 16.

Why do my children have to go to different groups at the Time Out Club?
We take the safety and care of your children very seriously. That's why all our Time Out Clubhouses are Ofsted registered and run by highly skilled and experienced nursery nurses.

As part of this we also operate a strict staff-to-child ratio in our Clubhouses, this means that your children may have to attend different groups in accordance with the ratio if one group is full.

Are some activities suitable for disabled guests?
We have many activities that are suitable for guests with disabilities, although they may vary from village to village.

I've booked a treatment at the Aqua Sana, can I use the spa's facilities after my treatment?
Our spas are among the best in the country, with some 14 different luxurious spa experiences for you to indulge in. Because our Aqua Sana is so popular, the price of your treatment doesn't include access to the spa itself.

If you'd like to enjoy the ultimate in relaxation you can pre-book a spa experience online or directly with the Aqua Sana itself in person or by calling 08448 266 200 (Monday – Friday 8.30am – 8.00pm, Weekends and Bank Holidays 9.00 am to 5pm).

I can't find the spa treatment I want, any suggestions?

Do I get a towel when I use the spa or do I have to bring my own?
We'll give you a luxury robe and towel, just bring your swimming costume and get set to relax.
